Big New Years plans?
Drinking and partying again?
Figures.
Me?
I'll be at home. Sober. Spending time with my wonderful family.
Who needs getting wasted with strangers and waking up with regrets? Or vise versa?
When you have three kids, you don't need to go to a party to see someone throw up.
You just have to watch and wait.
My kids are such lightweights.
The can barely hold their eggnog.
Happy New Year!

I'm taking it easy this year, too. I'd like to say it's because I'm older and wiser but I really have nowhere to go. If I was still in NYC, I'd be getting drunk. Definitely.
Happy new year to you, my good man. May the eggnog not come out of your nose! :)
Being the old man that (you say) I am, we will just be geezering it here at the house with the grandkids. Wish y'all a great new year, though.
Hubby and I have tickets to the hockey game. I'm wondering how rowdy it will be. But we should be home way before midnight. The kids want to go in the yard and bang pots and pans. Is that a mid-west thing? I hadn't heard of it before living here.
The hubs will be at the fire station so I'll be hanging out with the kiddos at home. Happy New Year!
Oh yeah! I'm making snow angels naked in 8 below with 2 feet of snow. I'm a poet like that.

And no drinking, partying, etc. either. Dang.
Happy new year, Ed! I can't wait to have my own kids so I won' have to get all pretty and jazzed up every new year's eve and go to these awesome parties.
We stayed in too. It was nice not waking up with a hangover!
Happy New Year!
I just hung out with some friends. Very low key. No booze involved. Just lots of cheeseballs.
So many comments and NOBODY mentioned the obvious... I miss it too dude... Waking up delirious and bleary eyed wondering what the fuck happened... The good old days...
